We’re sales, training and marketing agency that’s at home when immersed in our customers’ sales channels. Our strategic approach combined with a sleeves-up attitude has given us rich experience and made us a valued asset to some of the world’s biggest brands. Our business model is founded on a structure of service and account management ownership. This means, at every point, there is a managerial owner responsible for driving the strategic direction of the service, and also to ensure delivery quality for the client.

Our services split down between marketing services, field marketing services and training services but as an integrated agency we're more at home combining these to deliver sales activation, channel enablement or inbound EARN'd sales and marketing programmes.

We’ve long and successful experience in delivering creative branding projects, corporate literature, press advertising, direct mail and dedicated and tactical field sales, all tightly project managed and geared towards delivering sales results. Usually delivered through paid activity, we provide a flexible service that delivers results.

Sales Enablement Programmes (Your Owned Assets and Channels)
Whethers its communicating to, or equiping your channels with tools we're experts is getting everyone enabled to do business. From Co-Marketing to syndicated activity, channel recruitment and management, sales tools training or channel incentives and training, maximising your channels is key to achieving your objectives.

Earning inbound activity (Through Expert Social Media Application)
For us earn means to: Engage - creating chatter and content in target channels around your products and services; Analyse - to listen, analyse and plan based on real time information; React - to listen and respond to information presented and to Nurture - not focussing on all, but to identify the key influencers to nurture to gain the best exposure.

Jason Burrows - Managing Director

Jason has over 15 years agency experience providing sales and marketing, channel development solutions including field sales, field marketing and training into both commercial and consumer channels.

Jason has worked with key clients such as HP, Samsung, Intel and Microsoft throughout this period. Jason, along with Peter Smith, founded Creation, formerly known as Guerrilla, in 2002.
