Taming the creatives at Creation

Having worked in a number of marketing agencies over the years I have experienced a wide variety of project management systems and processes for managing jobs through the studio, some pretty archaic it has to be said – excel spreadsheets anyone? So I just wanted to say how impressed I am with the system that we use here at Creation – Streamtime.
It is designed for creative agencies and enables complete traffic and production management, signalling an end to paper job bags and hand generated invoices and timesheets!
It manages every aspect of the business from managing time in the studio to a powerful CRM capability to help win new business. It creates estimates and invoices, linking back into our Sage package and provides excellent business reporting.
It is so easy to use, I can see how long a job has taken, the relevant costs and report on profitability at the click of a button. Having reviewed a number of trafficking systems it certainly came out top for us and is a very cost effective solution.
