Getting in the Olympic Spirit? Now you can take part in the Hope Relay.

Celebrating the start of the Olympic Torch Relay and in co-ordination with our Back to School programme we took a team up to Leeds Metropolitan Uni to interview some of their selected Olympic Torch Bearers.

Over 70 days, the Olympic Flame will journey across the UK, starting at Land's End and finishing at the Olympic Stadium in Stratford, East London. The story of the Olympic Flame goes back to ancient Greece where the Olympic Games first began. Originally, the Flame was lit as a tribute to the goddess of Hera and was kept alit for the duration of the games, a tradition still maintained today. To honour this proud history, the Flame is still lit in Greece using concentrated natural light and a parabolic mirror. It then travels from the original site of the temple of Hera to the next Olympic host city by official Torchbearers.

Our team met with Leeds Met's selected Olympic Relay Runners ,Yasser Ranjha the Students' Union President and Lewis Wildridge the Athletic Union President.

We asked them what it means to them to take part in the Olympic Torch Relay.

We're also helping to promote the launch of the Samsung Hope Relay app, which allows everyone to get into the Olympic spirit and help raise money for Charity. Run, walk or cycle anywhere with the app, and for every mile you cover Samsung will donate £1 to charity. With a nice overview from David Beckham and Jamie Oliver you get the idea of what the app is there to achieve.

1:15 Whilst it's relatively easy to put out the same war game with a new lick of paint for each seequl, when approaching making Battlefield 3, [DICE] decided to make a new game engine. Yup, that's the primary difference between Call of Duty and Battlefield for you. Call of Duty just rehashes the same game over and over again; Battlefield actually makes significant changes.
