The challenges of the market have put an increased pressure onto getting insight from data, not simply information. Just because you have plenty of data & information, it doesn't necessarily follow that you have 'insight'. Certainly there is a pressure to instigate metrics using the data we have available. But then I am not telling you anything new here...but in this challenging world...customer centricity matters. Getting in tune with today's consumers – who they are, how to reach them & what kind of experience they expect is critical to growth, profitability & shareholder value. Using data to help us understand them can bring about many benefits...and ultimately improved customer satisfaction & loyalty. Within Insight, we work to turn these opportunities into business strategies that bring about a measurable financial return for our client base; and are currently working with major vendors, film studios, market data providers and most of the UK high street on this basis.
