ITelligence, too good to keep quiet
23rd Oct 2009
There’s something exciting about finding an exceptionally useful and unique service. After a really interesting meeting with the executive team for Probrand, Birmingham, it is clear that ITelligence is one of those exciting finds. They’re a really good business, massive growth over the last couple of years; vendor accreditations left, right and centre; and a shortlist for reseller of the year in the coveted CRN awards this year.
The conversation was very enlightening. The IT e-Procurement is an amazing system that they’ve developed over recent years. They believe it to be unique in the market, and there appears to be nothing to the contrary. In a nutshell, it’s called ITelligence and it allows IT budget holders to receive up-to-date prices on over half a million IT products in the UK trade channel. Anyone who works on a cost basis when procuring IT hardware (and who isn’t?) can benefit. If you know what your supplier is buying at, you know what you should be buying at.
So why talk to Creation? Well, they don’t need us when it comes to selling ITelligence, it sells itself. But, we’re well entrenched in IT and they thought we might have some insight. They were right too, and it resulted in a healthy discussion about the ITelligence brand. Just thought it was too good a solution not to mention.
