Keeping mobile phones well trained

Creation Agency employ and manage a team of 26 Samsung Mobile trainers who visit all the major mobile phone retailers throughout the year. Throughout Christmas, or the golden quarter as it is known, stores have their busiest and most important time of the year with mobile phones always proving a popular present.

All the Creation Agency trainers were busy throughout December providing extensive training on all Samsung mobile phones. Many of these sessions were delivered pre-store opening so as not to disrupt the sales environment. It didn’t stop there either, throughout December, we also helped the stores boost their sales through ‘sales days’ where a trainer remained with the store for the entire day talking to customers and selling.

So what did we provide to help the Christmas sales figures?

• 26 trainers countrywide.

• Over 1500 stores trained and prepared for the busy Christmas rush.

• 200 of these sessions were outside the store opening times, approximately half at the weekend.

• A trainer on-site all day assisting sales staff and sell on behalf of Samsung.

• Early results showed an increase of between 80 to 150% increase in sales for the stores year on year.

Once again proving that we can provide a professional, knowledgeable and results driven training team, even in the hardest economical climates.
