Preparing for a presidential visit

For the important visit of Samsung’s Korean President, mobile phone stores up and down Oxford Street, London, made sure they were well prepared and up to scratch with all the latest handsets.
In preparation for the president’s visit Creation Agency’s Training Teams were deployed to over thirty stores throughout the central shopping areas of London. The teams went into the stores to make sure that not only were all the members of staff fully trained, but also that demo phones were present and working.
The importance of the visit highlights the capabilities of Creation’s Training Teams. The exceptional and engaging training brings to life the technology and handsets allowing the staff on the ground to be able to go and accurately recommend and sell Samsung products.
