At Creation, we have the capability to deliver a wide range of services. Our recent invitation to tender for the delivery of European-wide retail sales and marketing support for an international IT vendor gives us the opportunity to show how we can deliver positive customer engagement, build sales and enhance the brand experience within a retail environment.

Our approach has always been to deliver a flexible and dynamic approach within the retail arena. Our Field Marketing Services are developed to handle the specific needs of the stores, whether that is by deploying a dedicated or tactical team. 

We understand that a client’s needs are different, and by employing a variety of options to suit your business, Creation can deliver the outcome you need in way that suits you.

Dedicated Retail Sales and Marketing Teams

Our approach here is to deliver a fully managed service team that would be mapped against store requirements. Our aim is to have a positive influence on sales, relative to competitor brands in store, by ensuring we are delivering against all of the sales support, marketing and customer requirements. This means delivering highly qualified, capable, sales-savvy individuals who understand the requirement clearly and are empowered to take decisions that generate results. Much of this comes down to improving the quality of individuals through comprehensive training and performance analysis that identifies gaps and measures improvement.

Tactical/Seasonal Retail Sales and Marketing Teams

As with the delivery of a dedicated field team, we take a similar approach to tactical delivery, where the requirement is more ad hoc or seasonal. We are committed to delivering a service that ensures sales objectives are met. Plus, we aim to do this in a way that maintains the integrity of the brand and delivers a very positive customer experience in store. Our investment in the training, briefing and regional management of our employees is integral to our success and is a key reason we can offer nationwide coverage from a well-qualified database of 3,000 individuals. And so is our commitment to technology, putting PDAs into our representatives hands to ensure real-time data can be pulled into our robust reporting platform and delivered back to our clients for rapid decision-making.
