When it comes to retail, think big!

11th May 2010

For decades now the high street has been slowly disappearing. Last year saw a 12 per cent growth in vacant shops on the high street, according to the Local Data Company. The ‘Wal-Mart influence’ has rapidly taken grasp of the British supermarkets, pushing them out to the larger expanses of the retail parks and continuing to encourage a growth of non-food product ranges.

The exodus of supermarkets away from the town centres presents retailers with the chance to expand across brands, pay lower rental charges and provides a greater opportunity for cross-channel retail, with online ‘click and collect’ becoming more and more popular.

However, with huge leaps forward in the quantity of products now available in these hypermarkets organisations are seeking out experienced retail services, such as Creation Agency’s Retail Service teams, to help maximise the space within the stores.

At Creation Agency we can cover every aspect of your retail needs, from creative and design for POS, through to execution of your marketing strategies by our experienced tactical teams.
