Customer challenge: Xerox wanted to get closer to reseller partners to raise awareness of the Xerox sales opportunity, as well as highlight key information they felt partners struggled to digest.
What we did: we created the Xerox Sales companion and introduced Mr P as a sales mascot. The sales companion was broken down inot four easy steps aimed at pointing slaes people in the right direction, giving them prompts and markers that would help them with an initial conversation with a prospective customer through toa successful close. The guide was distributed to channel partners.
ROI: the guide was given a glowing reception from partners and was heralded as the first easy to use sales companion Xerox had ever produced. Already, Xerox’s engagement with partners has improved, helped by Mr P and hte second phase of partner support Creation is implementing.
