• Field team management and reporting - a system which enables the live collection of both qualitative and quantitative data from field teams. This also enables the tracking, management and performance measurement of this team. Working from mobile devices (PDAs or ultra-portable laptops), our teams input data live into our central system. We can then report this information at any given time, or even grant client access to the live data feed.
• Product inventory / scanning - a system whereby field team members are given a mobile device and scanner so that they can scan barcodes and count products. Devices can be made to synchronise with a central server so that team members are presented with a list of specific products to scan; the data they collect is then synchronised back to the server in return.
• Tactical reporting and data entry - allows survey data to be collected as explained above. This service can help you to monitor and respond to changes across your business sector. Designed for collative performance this service is an efficient and successful tool. The service also builds a collection of price information using a list of specific products.
• Compliance / competitor reporting (photo upload and tagging) - allows any member of a field team with an appropriate kit to take, upload, tag and categorise photos pertaining to compliance or competitors. This allows your stores, products and POS to conform fully, providing your business with vital feedback and specific store information.
