Jason Sibley

CEO and Head of Strategy

Jason Sibley (formally Burrows) has a passion for all things sales, marketing, digital and social media. Working as CEO and Head of Strategy at Creation Agency, he focuses on global clients and specialises in demand generation solutions using intelligent digital marketing, combining marketing automation, paid media and social media. Jason is also a regular speaker on Demand Generation and Sales and Marketing alignment.

Peter Smith

Managing Director

With 16 years behind him as co-owner of Creation, Peter has been immersed in B2B sales and marketing programmes most of his career. Much of this time has been spent successfully leading complex client relationships to deliver integrated programmes across multiple marketing disciplines, providing a deep skill-set across strategic and tactical deployment options.

Jack Kosakowski

CEO (US Division)

Jack has a 13-year background in sales, working in the manufacturing, tech and digital space. He is known in the social space as the 'SaaSaNova' of marketing automation and a top thought-leader in social selling. His content can be seen on LinkedIn, SalesHacker, Act-On, Convince and Convert, Forbes and multiple other top social and sales channels. Jack delivers customised social selling training for B2B companies and digital strategies, all focused on disrupting the bottom line.

Kevin Thomas Tully

Chief Operating Officer (North America)

In his role as Chief Operating Officer (North America) at Creation Agency, Kevin drives a commitment to positioning organizations for success, spurring multi-million-dollar sales growth, opening new revenue streams, and building diverse, highly-accomplished teams that demonstrate a profound dedication to operational excellence. Kevin brings extensive experience leading human resources, financial management, corporate operations, and strategic thinking in complex organizations. A Johns Hopkins-trained data scientist, Kevin has applied true buyer intent data, predictive analytics, and data mining to the sales and marketing process for more than a decade to gain a strategic marketplace advantage for leading brands worldwide.

Juliette van der Burgt

Managing Director APAC – Singapore

Juliette van der Burgt is our APAC Managing Director based out of Singapore. Juliette brings over 17 years of advertising, strategic planning, brand strategy and digital marketing expertise to the agency. Prior to joining Creation Agency, she worked for various global network agencies like BBDO, Edelman, GREY and TBWA. After working in the Netherlands and EU, she relocated to Singapore in 2012 to work in the APAC region on local, regional and global brands like Heineken, GSK, Qatar Airways, Shell and many more. She also spent time at TBWA in Los Angeles working on the global strategy for Mars. Juliette was also a lecturer at Inholland University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands, where she taught advertising and marketing. She is also an instructor at General Assembly Singapore where she lectures Digital Marketing and coaches students.

A strategic thinker with 30 years experience in the marketing and advertising industry, working across global campaigns for the world’s biggest brands and a never ending curiosity for all things creative. Paul is responsible for the high creative standards we deliver through our full service in house team of copywriters, art directors, designers and motion specialists.

Sam Batstone

Marketing Operations Director

Sam has 33 years of marketing experience, 19 of which have been in digital, across both agency and client side with multinational blue chips and start-ups. She has a reputation for driving excellence in project delivery, developing profitable growth strategies and AGILE innovation in process design. Putting this experience to work leading our marketing operations, Sam is responsible for ensuring that projects are given the best opportunity for success and our clients delighted.

Penny Abernethy

With five years’ experience of marketing management in global IT services, Penny is the Client Delivery Director with an emphasis on Creation’s key technology clients. Penny builds and executes overall delivery plans for anything from simple marketing projects through to complex, multi-channel demand programmes. She strives to ensure the highest levels of client satisfaction through seamless delivery experiences and the highest quality of implementation.

Leading our London office, Haley works collaboratively with her clients, getting under the skin of their brand, and empathising with their needs to successfully deliver strategic demand generation campaigns. Haley has an eye for detail, is passionate about creative and focused on getting the job done.

Alicia Kosakowski

Marketing Operations Director (US Division)

Alicia has been instrumental in the overall strategy and growth of the US division of Creation Agency. She has a proven track record for helping build multi-channel demand generation blueprints and leading the implementation. Her expertise is in marketing automation and building out data-driven lead generation for some of the fastest growing tech companies. She has a passion for customer success and an eye for detail.

Vivian Spencer

Chief Technology Officer

With software engineering as his background, Vivian has experience in both application and web development. With over a decade of development and project management experience, he provides Creation’s clients with an expert execution of the functional elements of their brief.

Martin Crook

Finance Director

Martin Crook

A qualified ACMA professional, Martin has held senior financial positions in the Construction, Video Games and FMCG Sectors. Martin joined Creation in 2008 as Finance Director. With a strong understanding of financial strategy and its commercial application, he supports our clients and staff with long-term planning and management of the commercial teams.
